Quotes and estimates
Estimates are based on the specification supplied and are valid for [ PERIOD ]. Changes to stock, quantity, size, or finishing may change the price; we will tell you before proceeding.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the content of the artwork you supply, including spelling, and for holding the rights to print it. We prepare a proof for every job. Approving a proof authorises us to print it exactly as shown. Errors present on an approved proof are not grounds for a reprint at our cost.
Payment
- New and guest customers pay in full before production begins.
- Established accounts are invoiced Net 30 from completion of the job.
- A 3% processing fee is applied to payments made by credit card.
Turnaround
Turnaround runs from proof approval, not from order placement. Dates quoted are working estimates; we will tell you promptly if a job is going to miss its date.
Overs and unders
