In-house
From file to finished box
Business printing is not decorative. Cards get handed out, catalogs get mailed, invoices get filed — so they have to be accurate, consistent, and on time.
01
Commercial Printing
Offset and digital, short runs and long. Nineteen product categories, from a box of business cards to a bound catalog, all printed in-house on 18th Street.
02
Business Forms & Carbonless Sets
Single and multi-part sets with collated colour parts, sequential numbering, perforating, padding, and booking. The work Lithomatic was built on.
03
Prepress & Artwork
We check every file before it goes near a press: trim, bleed, resolution, fonts, and colour. If something will not print well, we tell you before you pay for it.
04
Proofing
Every job gets a proof to your spec, posted to your account. Approve it and the job moves to production automatically. Nothing prints without your sign-off.
05
Finishing & Bindery
Folding, scoring, saddle stitching, perfect binding, laminating, die-cutting, drilling, numbering, padding, and shrink wrapping.
06
Reorders From File
Every approved job is archived with its full specification. A reorder is a phone call or two clicks, and it comes back matching the run you signed off on.

Questions
Common questions
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is best — press-ready, with fonts embedded and 1/8 inch bleed where the artwork runs off the trim. We also take AI, EPS, and INDD packages, and we can work from a scan or a physical sample of what you printed last time.
Can you match a job another printer produced?
Usually. Send us a physical sample and we will match the stock, size, and colour as closely as the materials allow, then keep that specification on file for your reorders.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Typical turnaround runs three to ten business days depending on the product and finishing. Rush work is often possible — call us and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable.
Do you deliver?
Delivery and pickup arrangements to be confirmed with the client. You are always welcome to collect from the shop on 18th Street.
What are your payment terms?
New and guest customers pay in full up front, before production begins. Established accounts are Net 30, invoiced on completion of the job. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
